\\ Inserted in the Brazilian politics context at the time, PARALELA committed to the fight against the tensions that the cultural, educational and art fields were facing in 2016.
From November 14 to 17, PARALELA acted as a way of
of encouragement and fortifier for acts of resistance.

This edition didn’t hold an exposition of work projects, but on a round-table discussion among artists, being a place for preserving and spreading critical thinking, debates, and free expression as well as a cultural residence, exclusively for the students of UFU’s Dance program for the curricular component Dance Practices II: body performances.
